C’La Vie is in a collaborative partnership with The [W]holistic Co. Spa, an aesthetic spa with a holistic approach situated on the bottom floor. The spa exits onto the deck at the beautiful pool area. The bottom and upper floor offer spacious and sunny patios as well as built-in braais. HOUSE RULES & CONDITIONS
- Unfortunately, we only accommodate children 10 years and older, unless a family makes a booking for all the rooms for a minimum of one week
- No pets allowed
- C’ la Vie is a non-smoking venue. Recreational drugs are strictly prohibited
- Guests shall always behave appropriately and with discretion, respectful of the guest house environment, staff and other guests
- During 11pm to 7 am guests shall be particularly considerate and refrain from any conduct that could disturb others in the vicinity
- Only registered guests are permitted in the bedrooms – The bedrooms will not be used for business activities or for any other purposes than accommodation use
- Facilities of the guest house are for the enjoyment of all guests. To this end, care shall be taken to respect the infrastructure, in particular furniture. The living rooms, dining rooms, patios, swimming pool and barbeques are common areas of the house to be used by the guests to their need and recreation. However, guests will abide by the general house rules, especially regarding avoid making noise or disturbing other house guests. The swimming pool will be available from 08h00 until 20h00
- Proper care should be taken of personal valuables. Safe deposit boxes are available in all the rooms. The management of C’ la Vie or any of its employees or representatives will not be responsible for any losses of whatever nature during your stay. This applies to injuries as well.
- C’ la Vie reserves the right to charge guests additional cleaning or damage fees, or to evict guests without refund, should they fail to comply with the above-mentioned rules.
Checkin & Checkout
Check-in: Normal check-in time starts at 14h00. If arranged in advance, every effort will be made to accommodate earlier bag drop-offs or late check-ins (when arranged in advance)
Check-out: Check-out time is 11h00
Bookings and Cancellation Policy
- A deposit of 75% will secure the reservation. The balance to be settled upon arrival
- In case of one-night bookings the full amount is payable in advance
- A provisional booking will be valid for seven days, but credit card details or a deposit will be required to secure the booking
- If cancelled 30 days or more before date of arrival, 5% of the total price of the reservation will be charged
- If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30% of the total price of the reservation will be charged
- If cancelled up to 7 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged
- If cancelled 0 – 7 days before the date of arrival or in case of a no-show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged
- C’ la Vie reserves the right to levy a refundable secure deposit which is payable on arrival by means of a valid credit card
- Any facilities or other services used during the stay of a guest is to be settled in full prior to departure
- Proof of deposit or cancellation notices are to be made via e-mail to info@c-la-vie.co.za
